What happens to my payment if a listing is removed?

Purchases don't get refunds once paid, except when we take down a paid listing—then your payment returns automatically.

Updated

The standard position

Once you've paid for a listing, that payment is final. Refunds aren't offered after purchase (see the terms). This doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights, which remain in place.

When we remove a paid listing

If our team rejects or takes down a listing you've paid for, the full amount goes back automatically to your original payment method. We also issue a credit note for your records.

If you paid in crypto, we'll ask you for a payout address so we can send the refund there.

Disputes and reversals

When a payment is disputed or reversed, anything bought with that order comes down immediately while we look into it. If we win the dispute, your listings can go back up. If the dispute goes against us, the listing stays down.
